Nocturnal Tongue Biting in Two Young Siblings - A Case Report

Nocturnal tongue biting presents as a diagnostic dilemma, especially in children. We report two siblings with nocturnal tongue biting who were ultimately diagnosed with Faciomandibular Myoclonus (FMM) based on video polysomnography.
